Rhome enables employees to work in any country remotely by automatically assessing the most relevant risks such as corporate tax, social security and employment law for companies. For employees Rhome provides a mobile application to send requests to the company and plan their remote work abroad.
Since 2014 digital nomadism has been on the rise. 1 in 3 remote workers plan to work from abroad after lockdowns are lifted.
In a prior UX research Rhome’s team identified challenges that employees face while working abroad:
After analyzing the prior conducted research, I aligned with Rhome’s founder on the user flow of an employee and highlighted the features for the MVP. We used Miro for collaboration and clarification.
After creating the wireframes on Whimsical and conducting a usability test with five users from the target group, I did several iterations on the wireframes before continueing with creating a high-fidelity prototype.
